Class Descriptions
Boot Camp
This challenging workout is designed to give you the best cardio and strength training in the world. Motivated by our expert instructors and their upbeat music, you spend 20-30 minutes on a treadmill and 30 minutes strength training, followed by a brief stretch and cool down.
Academy
The Academy starts on the first Monday of the month, Monday - Friday, and runs for 4 weeks. Covers 20 - 30 minutes of cardio while strength training focuses on a different muscle group every day. Recruits who are not an Academy member are invited to attend the Academy with a reservation.
